In 2013 we strengthened our international presence by establishing our London office. In 2014 we established VEGA FINANCIAL SERVICES, a partnership focusing on turnarounds and restructuring. VEGA is certified for its services with the standard EN ISO 9001:2015 by TÜV HELLAS (TÜV NORD).

Partners
Prior to Vega Ilias held senior management positions in Papaellinas Group, first as a CFO and later as the Group General Manager in Bulgaria. Before that Ilias worked as Deputy CFO and Internal Auditor for Latsis Group. Ilias started his career as an accountant for IBM.
Ilias holds a BSc in Economics from University of Piraeus and an MBA from Warwick Business School.
Prior to Vega Stavros held management positions in Alpha Bank and Ioniki Bank. Stavros has acted as a financial and restructuring advisor to numerous private companies and the public sector.
Stavros holds a BSc in Business Administration from University of Piraeus, a BSc in Political Science from Panteion University and an MBA in Human Resource Management from Washington International University.
